A minimum of 1 years’ current experience in an auto-care or “fast-fit” technician role would be an advantage in areas such as. Tyres, Exhausts, Batteries, Wheel-alignment, conducting visual health checks. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Relishes working in a team and delivering an incredible customer experience to our customers. will have the expertise to provide the services and core repairs we offer to an exceptional standard. 
 
  •   Proving every customer with an opportunity of a complementary EVHCs (heath checks)
  •  Booking in and conducting services and repairs in line with our core offerings.
  •  Displays professional customer service behaviours both face to face and on the telephone.
  •  Keeps up to date on all the services and products we offer
  • Characteristics, technical experience, and attitude are the key to being successful in this position. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 
Experience of working well in a team and delivering an incredible customer experience to our customers.
We need 1 years’ current experience in an auto-care or “fast-fit” technician role would be an advantage in areas such as. Tyres, Exhausts, Batteries, Wheel-alignment, conducting visual health checks
 
  •  A full UK driving licence (desirable)
  •  The ability to interact with our customers effectively both face to face and on the telephone
  •  Enjoys working in a team 
  • The willingness to constantly learn and be able to improve your own performance
  • Technical Qualification or proven experience of repairing and maintaining vehicles Technical / Mechanical Engineer qualifications, 2 or 3 NVQ level, IMI Level or City & Guilds.
  •  Ability to communicate effectively when leading your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor
  •  Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Experience in Hybrid/Electric car safety is beneficial 
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience of using a tablet is desirable
