The Quick Lane Area Developer business will require the appointment of a suitably qualified team. As the business grows, so too will your team to serve customers and uphold our reputation for friendly and efficient customer service. This may include recruiting Centre Managers / Supervisors. Advice, guidance & training will be given in this regard.
All Franchisees are expected to ensure their business realises its full potential by regular marketing and through the reliable provision of excellent customer service. Quick Lane will provide detailed advice and support on the best way to establish, operate and grow the business.
We believe that it should be possible for each Quick Lane Franchisee to increase their income substantially over time. However, priority must be given to the establishment of a strong foundation for the business for long-term growth, profitability and to build a sustainable business.
All leading UK high street banks and financial institutions have recognized and support our franchise business proposition and are very excited at discussing lending requirements against the business model, with potential candidates.
They will normally lend up to 70% of initial funding requirements (subject to personal application criteria). The banks themselves have special financing sectors where they look upon franchising in a favorable light, with 90% of franchisees reporting profitability and less than 4% of franchise businesses fail for commercial reasons (BFA / NatWest survey 2016).
We can also suggest external support to help you in writing your business plan and, if required, support in approaching the banks for funding.
Property Requirements / Locations
We welcome any genuine enquiries
- Retail presence within the vicinity of supermarkets and/or complimentary retailers/ business trade/residential.
- Busy arterial route frontage preferred.
- The unit should range from approx. 320 sq mtrs to 500 sq mtrs and the land should range from approx. 550 sq mtrs to 750 sq mtrs.
- Compliant with local planning permissions for Statutory Vehicle Testing
- Minimum 4-metre eaves height, ideally 5-metre.
- Power floated screed floor for automotive use preferred (minimum 200mm thickness).
- A minimum of 10 car parking spaces for a 4-bay centre (compliant with local requirements).
- Offers opportunities to optimise Quick Lane signage.
